Welcome to Sundown Chase in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland!  Ideally located in central McHenry with panoramic views of Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Ski Resort, you will find yourself in the heart of Garrett County!  Boating, skiing, golfing, dining, ropes climbing, the local County Fairgrounds and more are all just minutes away, many walking distance!  Whether a view to be enjoyed from everyone’s prized deck space, or simply the convenience of being so close to all the action, our modern and updated architecture in a prime location awaits you!

Our community is made up of 12 units in four buildings, 3 units a building, and sits on about 2.75 acres of land.  Units are 3-4 bedrooms each, and 3-4.5 bathrooms each, ranging from 2200 square feet to 2500 square feet.  Each have a private deck space, and most have added a permitted spa hot tub meeting market demand.  There is very ample unassigned parking for all the units as well as limited boat or vessel parking that can be reserved.  Our landscape is kept well groomed, snow and trash removal are included and all Units run on public water, sewer, electrical and shared propane tanks.   Feel free to fill out the form on our contact page with any questions or inquiries and our HOA President will get right back with you.  See you at the Lake!
